Summary: This webinar organized by the IEA Informal Work TC is a part of an ongoing webinar series on ergonomics and informal work in different countries around the world. In this webinar, the most representative informal jobs from New York City, the largest city in the US, will be presented from the perspective of both occupational health service providers and community-based organizations serving informal workers. The role of ergonomics in addressing occupational health in an urban informal work setting will be highlighted.
