New Technical Committee formed: AI and Work (AIW)

Following interest expressed in a Technical Committee (TC) focussed on Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Science Technology and Practice (STP) chair (Rosemary Seva) called an inaugural meeting of this new AI-centred TC on January 22. During that first meeting the group chose the title AI and Work and elected TC Chair Karen Jacobs (HFES, USA), and Vice Co-Chairs Melissa Baysari (HFESA, Australia) and William Guey (CES, China). This executive has drafted a Mission statement, list of Principles and deliverables which were shared with those who indicated their interest following the November call in NewsBriefs.
